Opening Up the Garden
We're extending the back of the house, and the architect suggested custom bifold doors to make the garden feel like part of the living space. I really like the idea, but I don't know which companies are worth contacting. Can anyone recommend custom bifold doors in London? I'd trust personal experiences much more than glossy brochures.

We did something similar on our extension and the bifolds made the whole back room feel twice as big once they were in. A neighbour of mine had a set fitted after years of awkward patio doors, and the difference in light was ridiculous. I’d have a look at custom bifold doors not because it’s flashy, just because custom-made doors tend to sit better and work more smoothly than the off-the-shelf stuff.
