Troubleshooting

What should I do if the device isn't repsonding?

Follow the below steps sequentially till the problem is resolved.
 

  • Reconnect your controller device (phones, tablets, etc.) to a Wi-Fi network same as the Wozart Switch Controller Pro.

  • Restart your Wi-Fi router.

  • Normal reset the Wozart Switch Controller Pro as explained below.

  • Factory reset the device as explained below; remove the device from the app before reconfiguring the accessory.
     

Note*: If the device is factory reset, all your customisations are lost. Do it only if all other options fail
 

Normal Reset

Toggle the switch connected to the orange wire of the switch connector (L1) eight times continuously under five seconds and you will hear a buzzer sound signaling the device getting a normal reset or turn off the power supply for 30 seconds to the room that has the device to be reset.

Factory Reset

Toggle the switch connected to the red wire of the switch connector (L2) twelve times continuously under five seconds and you will hear a buzzer sound signaling device getting factory reset.
