What should I do if the device isn't responding?
Please follow the below steps sequentially till the problem is solved.
Reconnect your controller device (iPhone, iPad etc. ) to Wi-Fi network to which Aura Switch is connected.
Restart your Wi-Fi router.
Normal reset the device as explained below.
Factory reset the device as explained below; remove the accessory before reconnecting the accessory.
Note*: If factory reset is done, all your customizations are lost. Do it only if all options fail.
Toggle the switch connected to orange wire of switch connector (Load1) eight times continuously then you hear a buzzing sound or in case the switch panel is open, press the button with letters "NR" marked on the device or Switch off and back on, the MCB for the room which has the device to be reset.
Toggle the switch connected to red wire of switch connector (Load2) eight times continuously then you hear buzzing sound twice or in case the switch panel is open, press the button with letters marked "FR" on the device for five seconds.
