What should I do if the device isn't repsonding?
Follow the below steps sequentially till the problems is resolved.
Reconnect your controller device (phones, tablets, etc.) to Wi-Fi network same as Wozart Switch Controller.
Restart your Wi-Fi router.
Normal reset the Wozart Switch Controller as explained below.
Factory reset the device as explained below; remove the device from the app before reconfiguring the accessory.
Note*: If the device is factory reset, all your customisations are lost. Do it only if all other options fail
Toogle the switch connected to orange wire of switch connector (L1) eight times continuously under five seconds and you will hear a buzzer sound signalling device getting normal reset or turn off the power supply for 30 seconds to the room that has the device to be reset.
Toogle the switch connected to red wire of switch connector (L2) eight times continuously under five seconds and you will hear a buzzer sound signalling device getting factory reset.
