Inspired by a Friend's Experience
One of my closest friends moved to a new city and said joining a church helped them meet wonderful people and feel less alone. Hearing that made me want to find a similar place myself. Can anyone recommend a Christian church in the US where newcomers are truly welcomed?

I had almost the same push after a friend told me how much joining a church helped them settle in. I didn’t expect much at first, but I gave it a try and visited a few places. One that really stood out was protestant church near me service times people were genuinely open, not just polite for a minute. I remember someone inviting me to sit with their group, and it made the whole experience feel less intimidating.
